Hathazi Gardens
The Full Story
Balcony
Our client dreamed of a balcony full of blooms, colour, and texture — a small oasis filled with life throughout the seasons. She wanted a space that felt vibrant and natural, using a wide variety of plants to create depth, movement, and contrast. Every corner had to offer something different — scent, colour, or shape — to make the space feel alive and ever-changing.

The courtyard
The courtyard, however, presented one of the biggest challenges of the project. Because of its position and surrounding walls, light barely reached the plants, making it a tricky environment for many species to thrive. We needed to think carefully about plant selection, combining shade-tolerant evergreens, textured foliage, and soft splashes of colour to keep the garden interesting all year round.

With a thoughtful mix of plants and clever placement, we transformed a dark corner into a welcoming, blooming retreat. Now, even with limited sunlight, the space feels fresh, balanced, and full of character — just as our client imagined.
